Child’s Play | Homemade Play Dough- {How-To}

Who doesn’t love play doh? I sill do and just plain fun!
It’s a best invention made w/ hrs of fun,if kids don’t try to eat it LOL.
When i was at the store picking of last minute party things last week, i was checking toy section area at play doh an markers they have.
I didn’t get any that day,but had me thinking if making your own play dough would be cheaper make then buying.
It wasn’t till found great website  w/ awesome tips/ideas  to  do w/ your kids and found “Edible Play Dough” that had me looking for recipes to make my own.
I found great site that alot recipes for making your own different types,they are super easy instructions

I FAILED w/ making edible play dough!
I didn’t have enough what was needed and that turned into complete mess

*NOTE making edible play doh is not really a mess to make,but was me making it be =D*

But, that didn’t stop me trying another one that could work,be a PASS or no mess!
I choose the classic play dough to make w/ what i already had an that  is even better part w/ making your own no need spend money.
I’m so glad that I  try it out now can’t wait try other types!
My son had fun  playing w/ it,which isn’t surprising.

As you can see he’s very focus in what he’s making.My Little Artist!!!

Felt Flower Cupcake Toppers

I have many loves & likes when comes  to making crafts,but really love working w/ felt.The different types as well as colors,you can get really creative.You can found all different types of felt as well what they are use for Here. My 2 favorites to use are wool felt an craft felt,made some really cute things  for my shop w/ those.I call needle felting my crocheting,it’s relaxing and what you can make w/ it is endless.I recently become fan of  those pretty felt flowers  you see  around web an how to make them.I wanted to learn how to do them! I took the morning to sit down to make some felt flowers an was surprised how easy it was.Since, i was trying it out for first time decided to make Felt Flower Cupcake Toppers out of them w/  some green tooth picks.When i displayed them on my table was like having real flowers except w/ these they will never die on you or never have to water.That’s why don’t have real flowers tend to forgot.I’ll admit it! =P These flowers would also be cute on hair clip or sewn on dress,however you use them they really are cute

I’m not sure if I’ll be adding in Cupcake Toppers in my shop not decided at this w/ other new things that am adding all ready,but it is nice seeing beautiful flowers.Wanting to know how make your own  felt flowers Tutorial Here

Back 2 School {Apple Cupcakes}

I made these after seeing them on some website and had try them myself.They say Apple  a day keeps doctor away,but don’t think it for cupcakes.These are fitting w/ school back section as well fall approaching.But, i also wanted make these for son’s starting his 1st day of preschool on Thursday,how time flies! Yes, i balled my eye’s out seeing on bus lol. I used making the cupcake w/ box cake mix and store frosting.If  feeling like going all out and going from scratch some then some recipes below could help. However way you make cupcakes is all still  all yummy! I would say one thing after baking decorating them that the  wrapper didn’t work and i just removed them,would recommend doing that if in my reason  you didn’t add enough or too much batter.
