Who doesn’t love good Chocolate Chip Cookie? I know i do,either homemade or store bought never bad one but have favorites.When had extra cake mix i wanted try something else besides a cake or cake bites. I found the recipe Cake Batter Cookies had try these out! These cookies were exactly what I expected- delicious with a subtle cakey vanillay taste. They are soft and fluffy and the chocolate added a nice contrast to the mix. You can get crafty here and use any flavor cake mix you want- I used yellow- but whatever you have will work.
1 (18.25 oz.) box cake mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2-In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and baking powder. Add eggs and oil, then mix until well blended.
3-Stir in chocolate chips or drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
4- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Pour a glass a milk an enjoy! =D
