I just whipped up some Aunt Jemima pancake batter that you need just add water, and added some mini chocolate chips to the pancakes. They baked really nicely.
While they do resemble mini chocolate chip muffins, they have the taste like pancakes. And could or couldn’t use syrup for these delicious things.

Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies who else just love them? I do! They are by far favorite for me.You are really gonna love this recipe for making your own homemade version using Ritz Crackers. This super quick and also very easy recipe requires just 4 ingredients (including Ritz crackers) and no baking which bonus. These homemade cookies have the same good crunch and nice minty chocolate flavor as the Girl Scout cookies.
* One sleeve of Ritz crackers (or about 27)
* 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening
* 1/2 teaspoon pure mint extract
In a microwave safe bowl, mix chocolate chips with mint extract and shortening. Microwave in 15 second increments until melted and smooth, stirring each time.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Dip the crackers into the chocolate, turning your hand to drip off the excess chocolate. I used a toothpick in the small holes in the cracker. Place on top of the wax paper and freeze or can also refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
These are so delicious and very quick to make.

I love a donut every now and then and so does my son (except he just eats tops). So, for early Christmas my gift was Babycakes Donut Maker.
I had plans make some Christmas morning,but sickness hit so held off until all better try this out. I’m glad I did made some as surprise for my son when got out early from school
It is the easiest thing to use, and you don’t have to fry the donuts. Bonus!!
The machine it is kind of trial and error on how much dough to place into the Donut Maker so that you don’t over fill it like i did to some and not adding enough to others. Since this was first attempt using this I wondered if could use box cake mix and after much goggling I found you can. So, decided use just basic yellow box mix and chocolate frosting.
I place the cake mix in zip lock bag to pipe it in the donut molds. Only with part of mix at a time,otherwise gets really hard to control.Let them bake for about 3 minutes.
Once cooled it time to frost them I used store bought frosting. I microwaved it microwave safe bowl for about 30-40 minutes
Aren’t these cute?!
Another thing I loved how easy the Babycakes Donut Maker clean up was phenomenal(totally easy peasy). I was asked by son if help make next time some donuts and kids can help making however supervision is definitely needed because the Babycakes Donut Maker does get HOT.
